WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 (UPI) — The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Friday FAF Inc. instituted a voluntary recall of Children’s Metal Necklaces.


County drops lawsuit over sheet metal (Columbia Daily Tribune)

Phillip Holder is no longer on the hook for a pile of sheet metal that went missing from the Boone County Fairgrounds. The Boone County Commission’s lawsuit seeking restitution from Holder was dismissed this week by Circuit Judge Gary Oxenhandler at the request of County Counselor C.J. Dykhouse.
